1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NatureSip platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
NatureSip provides a subscription-based dairy product delivery service in select areas of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Our services include:
- Daily delivery of dairy products (milk, curd, buttermilk, paneer, ghee)
- Subscription management through our web platform
- Morning and evening delivery slots
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are available in Weekly (7-day) and Monthly (30-day) cycles. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected products and plan. Pricing is displayed at the time of subscription creation.
5. Delivery
We deliver during designated time slots: Morning (5:00 AM - 8:00 AM) and Evening (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM). Delivery is available only in our serviceable areas. We strive for timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
6. Modifications and Cancellations
You may modify quantities, skip deliveries, pause, or cancel your subscription through your dashboard. Modifications must be made before 8:00 PM the day prior to delivery. Refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation refunds.
7. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to pay the full amount for your subscription cycle at the time of checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
8. Product Quality
We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality dairy products. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or credit.
9. Limitation of Liability
NatureSip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription cycle.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
