Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- A prorated refund will be calculated for the remaining days in your current billing cycle
- Deliveries will stop from the next delivery slot after cancellation
- No cancellation fees are charged
2. Skipped Deliveries
When you skip a delivery (full day or a specific shift), the value of the skipped delivery is automatically credited to your account. Credits are applied to your next billing cycle.
3. Paused Subscriptions
When you pause your subscription, you are not charged for any days during the pause period. You can resume your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Refund amount is calculated based on the remaining unused days in your subscription cycle
- Refunds are initiated within 2-3 business days of cancellation
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank
5. Product Quality Issues
If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards:
- Report the issue within 24 hours through your dashboard or by contacting support
- We will provide a replacement in the next delivery slot or a full credit for the affected product
- Repeated quality issues may result in a full refund for the affected delivery day
6. Non-Delivery
If a delivery is missed due to reasons on our end (not customer absence), you will receive an automatic credit for the missed delivery. Our delivery team records proof of delivery for each successful delivery.
7. Modification Cutoff
All modifications (skip, quantity change, pause) must be made before 8:00 PM the day before the delivery. Modifications after this cutoff cannot be guaranteed, and charges for the next day's delivery will apply.
